Club Catering General Information

 

·        Guest Numbers must be confirmed 3 days prior to the function. However should any cancellation occur within the 3 days, full payment would be required.

·        All payments must be made in full on the same day of the function.

·        Prices are GST exclusive

·        Price includes full service staff with all the crockery’s, cutlery’s, buffet table & set ups.

·        Payments can be made in Cash, Cheque, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard

·        Minimum 25 guests per function

 

Out catering General Information

·        Guest Numbers must be confirmed 3 days prior to the function. However should any cancellation occur within the 3 days, full payment would be required.

·        All out catering accounts must be paid three days before the function.

·        A deposit of $200 should be paid to secure your booking.

·        Prices are GST exclusive

·        Payments can be made in Cash, Cheque, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard

·        Price includes full service staff with all the crockery’s, cutlery’s, buffet table clothes.

·        For out catering price does not include tables, chairs, and set up for guest tables.

·        !0% discount  for out catering with disposable crockery’s& cutlery’s.

·        Minimum 50 guests per function
